5 rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters

30 box jumps (24 in.)

30 wall balls (20 lbs.)

^ This one is seriously rough! Let me know if you’ve done it and what your time was! My time was 37:15 !

+ Favorite Leg Day exercises:

-sumo squats

-one legged squats

-resistance band side lunges

-barbell walking lunges

-hack squats
